Mohammed Aldossari has been a founder and funder of technology, industrial and real estate development and consulting companies in the Middle East and the USA. He has recently begun investing in the United States and is a partner in several new company-owned development projects. Mohammed holds an undergraduate degree from King Khalid University, master’s degree from King Saud University and doctorate degree from Oakland University in Michigan.

Nizam is a results-driven executive with over 30 years of experience in large-scale development, construction, procurement, and supply chain management. He has managed the completion of some of Saudi Arabia’s largest development and infrastructure projects that often require the oversights of dozens of professional teams. Nizam holds degrees in Business Administration from Buxton University, London, UK and Electrical Engineering from McDaniel College, Maryland, US.

John Daly has enjoyed a 40-year career in real estate development. He has served on numerous boards in New York City on the arts, real estate, health and green sustainability. John holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley, a graduate degree from the University of Illinois and a masters of business administration from New York University.

Roland Traudt is a veteran of residential, commercial, and affordable housing development and property management spanning a period of 34 years. He has held a number of positions in all aspects of the business before coming to the company. His experience includes communities of Conventional, Commercial, Rural Development, Tax Credit, HUD Multi-Family, and Low Income Public Housing. He holds several accreditations in all fields of real estate.

Kate Wang concentrates on pre-development architecture, planning and construction coordination. She focuses on the implementation of concept design to construction drawings and the implementation by various.

Seth Schumer's primary focus is transaction management and structuring advisory for commercial real estate finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Schumer served as Head of US Investments for Quadrum Global (formerly Cube Capital) where he grew platform from one US hotel investment to an 18-asset mixed use portfolio through new acquisitions, ground-up developments, team building and creation of three internal operating platforms (Tesseract Investment Advisors, Arlo Hotel Management and Quadrum Senior Living Management). While at Quadrum, Schumer acquired, capitalized and asset managed a hotel portfolio that includes Arlo SoHo, Arlo NoMad, Nautilus South Beach, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, Essex Inn Chicago, and B Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World, and led the efforts to create an in-house hotel management platform and the new Arlo Hotel brand. He additionally led the efforts to develop a senior housing property and the Amavida brand.
