The Carriage House, located at 510 East 80th Street,

was constructed in 1986. Originally comprised of 91

apartments, this number has been trimmed down over

the years as apartments have been combined. Most of the apartments are one bedrooms and two bedrooms; several of the apartments have private balconies or patio spaces.
