PRINCIPAL
Jeffery Chung
Has over 25 years of residential real estate experience. Mr. Chung prior experience before joining Ironburgh includes heading up acquisition and investments for Shanghai Minqiang, a $50 billion real estate development group with over 18 million square feet of property under management, overseeing their US and Australian operations. He has extensive housing experience with affordable, workforce, senior and market-rate rental and condominium residential properties. He has worked extensively with local municipalities on zoning, planning, affordability and density issues throughout the years. He adheres to a strict virtue that housing is a collaborative process amongst residence neighbors and the government. Mr. Chung was born and raised in New York City and was awarded a business degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Jeff maintains a residence in South Beach Miami and well as New York City.
PRINCIPAL
Stefan Malter
Stehan is life-long real estate investor and developer. A serial entrepreneur, he has completed acquisitions in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Miami and Las Vegas. Among his projects, he has repositioned and redeveloped the iconic Rutherford Place Printing House in Downtown Manhattan. He also partnered with Soho House International, converting the historic art-deco Sovereign Hotel into Soho Beach House in Miami Beach. Additionally, he has worked extensively in Las Vegas. He and his partners developed the new City of Las Vegas City Hall. Over the past 10 years, he has led the execution and structuring of over $1 billion in real estate transactions and financings. Stefan also is an investor in and serves as an advisor, to ventures in media, technology and hospitality industries. Stefan chairs the board of the Kivunim Institute – a non-profit committed to advancement of education and leadership through cross-cultural dialogue and contextual travel. A graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Stefan has also earned a MBA from Columbia Business School and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
PRINCIPAL
Tara Winnett
Ms. Winnett has extensive experience on acquisition, redevelopment and design of the firms residential properties. Tara has focused on the residential experience, be that social programs, daycare or after-school programs. Ironburgh‘s programming for residents and the buildings ambience, are her concentrations. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Tara has a love for the communities in which the firm operates and believes our residence are our strength. With that driving ethos, she monitors the residential experience by personally surveying our clients (residents) and adapting our programs to meet their needs.
PRINCIPAL
Anna Naydina
Anna specializes in limited and general partner relations in Ironburgh transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she has had much success raising capital for a wide range of companies and establishing mechanisms to allow growth. She regularly meets with equity and bank partners to discuss progress, expectations and timelines. Anna prides herself on being “ahead of the curve” to ensure that the needs of our partners are met. During the pre-construction phase, she also oversees the buildings unit layouts, amenities spaces and design motif. Anna has a particularly focus on affordable and work-force unit creation and the need to provide quality housing in cities. Anna holds three degrees from European universities in marketing, sociology and finance.
HEAD OF AQUISITIONS
Jeremy Conway
Jeremy Conway is a Junior Partner and Head of Acquisitions at the Ironburgh. Prior to the Ironburgh, Jeremy had 10 years of experience in real estate investment and development with a New York City focus. Jeremy has run acquisitions for small investment shops in NYC such as Beach Lane Ventures, which he co-founded at 17 years old and specialized in purchasing distressed assets. He attended NYU and Baruch College with degrees in real estate.

Ron Traudt
Roland Traudt is a veteran of residential, commercial, and affordable housing development and property management spanning a period of 34 years. He has held a number of positions in all aspects of the business before coming to the company. His experience includes communities of Conventional, Commercial, Rural Development, Tax Credit, HUD Multi-Family, and Low Income Public Housing. He holds several accreditations in all fields of real estate.
